Buying above $400K? You still have options.
Many Metro Atlanta households earning well into six figures still fall under Georgia Dream income limits. Peach Advantage goes up to 150% of area median income, Peach Plus and the Cobb County grant are open to repeat buyers, and Cobb's grant never has to be paid back. Above those limits, the money usually comes from negotiation instead of a program: seller-paid closing costs, builder incentives on new construction, and permanent or temporary rate buydowns. I'll show you which of these fits the homes you're looking at.
Your next three steps
Talk to a lender approved for the program you want. Not every lender offers Georgia Dream or Invest Atlanta loans.
Book the homebuyer education class early. Some programs require it before you go under contract.
Text me your price range and target areas at 404.729.0318 so I can line up homes that fit the program's limits.
